If a member posts or distributes illegal content that violates public morals or national security, the operator may, at the request of relevant authorities, review the member's data and submit it accordingly.
① If the operator finds the opinions or complaints of members to be valid, they must handle them as quickly as possible. If prompt handling is difficult due to personal reasons, the operator shall make every effort to notify the member afterward via public notice, message, or email.
